Technical-Scientific Conference Program (from Tuesday, June 27 to Friday, June 30)
The Technical-Scientific Conference Program consists of about 100 international lectures and additional discussions.
These events are integrated in the comprehensive trade fair accompanying program and deal with the key themes of IFAT CHINA i.e. water and waste water management, air pollution, waste management and renewable energies.
Speakers include prominent experts from the international and Chinese environmental-technology community, from the German Ministry of Environment and the German Ministry of Education and Research and the Chinese government as well as from Chinese universities.

Asia Special (Tuesday, June 27)
The Asia Special is devoted to the environmental market in Asia. Its aim is to promote the exchange of information on the current status of environmental technology and to highlight prospects for the transfer of technology between P.R. China, Japan and the Republic of Korea.

Environment Special (Wednesday, June 28)

Experts and authorities will highlight environmental protection programs of Bavaria and its partner provinces Guangdong and Shandong. The Environment Special will be held under the patronage of State Minister Dr. Werner Schnappauf, Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection.
Design Institute Day (Thursday, June 29)
The Design Institute Day will provide a forum for planners, designers, professionals, management and authorities to share their respective expertise and fields of specialties in the successful integration of design and environmental engineering.
The Design Institute Day is organized by BHI (www.bhi.com.cn), one of its organizers is the China National Association of Engineering Consultants (CNAEC), who consists of engineering consulting and organizations, registered consulting engineers, and individual experts, scholars with rich consultation and management experience in the fields of engineering, technology and economy.
German Exhibitors Symposium (Thursday, June 29)
Official presentation of German environmental companies and their products within the scope of the Official German Pavilion.
The symposium is sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in cooperation with AUMA – Association of the German Trade Fair Industry. Supported by DWA – German Association for Water, Waste- water and Waste.
The lectures will be held bilingually in English and Chinese.
