This year’s IFAT CHINA + EPTEE + CWS, the first joint trade fair organized by Messe München International (MMI) and Shanghai ZM International Exhibition Co., Ltd., is proud to announce that it welcomed a high number of visitors and exhibitors. The International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse and Recycling attracted more than 22,000 trade visitors from 84 countries. The top five international visitor countries and regions were China, Korea, Japan, Germany and Taiwan.
 
"Due to IFAT CHINA's strong international profile and the significant position of EPTEE + CWS in China, a joint event has been created which is without doubt the largest and most important trade fair for environmental technologies in China," said Eugen Egetenmeir, Managing Director of Messe München International.
 
Jiang Gang, General Manager of Shanghai ZM International Exhibition Co., Ltd. also highlighted the first time’s joining hands: "The successful cooperation of IFAT CHINA and EPTEE & CWS has enabled the trade show to expand in exhibition space, exhibitor and visitor numbers, and in exhibition quality. It not only integrates the trade show resources, but also provides a broader platform for the industry. We are building jointly the biggest environmental technology trade show in China, and at the same time endeavoring to promote its international influence, especially in Asia."
