What are
the benefits from this cooperation for exhibitors and visitors? IFAT
CHINA
and EPTEE + CWS are two strong trade fairs for environmental technology, one
for the Chinese national market and one for international markets. A combined
event, called IFAT CHINA
+ EPTEE + CWS, will offer valuable orientation for the sector in the face of a
growing number of environmental events in the Asian region. The industry will
therefore have the opportunity of focusing its marketing activities on a single,
strong exhibition. Exhibitors and visitors will find a wide range of innovative,
application-specific products and services, and meet important representatives
from the industry, all in one place, at one time – in a compact, efficient
forum. When and where does
the next event take place? The next event takes place under the name of IFAT CHINA + EPTEE +
CWS from 5 to 7 May 2010 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. An
added bonus for exhibitors and visitors is EXPO 2010, which is taking place in
parallel with the fair, opening on 1 May. IFAT CHINA
+ EPTEE + CWS, with its focus on environmental topics, aligns very well with
the motto of EXPO 2010, which is 'Better City, Better Life'. Will
there be any changes to the concepts behind IFAT CHINA and EPTEE + CWS as a result
of the cooperation? The concepts of both fairs
will be continued under a single roof. Thanks to the strong international
position of IFAT CHINA
and the strong national profile of EPTEE + CWS, the two trade fairs truly complement
each other both in terms of exhibitor and visitor target groups. IFAT CHINA
+ EPTEE + CWS is therefore responding to the ever growing demand from the
Chinese market – both fairs have enjoyed strong expansion in recent years. The
IFAT CHINA + EPTEE + CWS cooperation will ensure a strong leadership position in
the market. Will the event duration
change? No, IFAT CHINA + EPTEE +
CWS will run for three days (Wednesday to Friday). What kind of changes
can exhibitors expect as a result of the cooperation between the two fairs? Exhibitors can expect an
increase in trade visitors from China
and many other Asian countries. The contact details for exhibitors, visitors and media
representatives at the event are specified in the attached list. Will there be a conference
program for IFAT CHINA
+ EPTEE + CWS and what does it look like? Yes, as a result of the
cooperation between the two partners, the conference program will be even further
expanded in order to give exhibitors and visitors more added value. As part of
its contribution, IFAT CHINA
will be bringing its conference program to the cooperation, organized in
partnership with the German Association for Water, Wastewater
and Waste (DWA - Deutsche Vereinigung für Wasserwirtschaft, Abwasser und Abfall e.V.), the German Ministry for the
Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, and other partners.
